Business Assistant
Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare project construction plan;
2. Responsible for the whole process of construction management of the project from construction preparation to acceptance and delivery, visa settlement;
3. Responsible for the arrangement, coordination and management of construction personnel;
4. Responsible for the communication and coordination between the construction site and the owner, management company and supervision company;
5. Strictly implement the company's financial system, effectively control the use and recovery of various project reserve funds, and prepare relevant forms;
6. Make original visa records on site, complete, report and hand over all technical documents and materials, etc.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above;
2. Construction engineering major, with construction engineer qualification certificate preferred, at least two years of project manager work experience;
3. Have strong sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit and organizational coordination ability;
4. Applicants with overseas work experience are preferred;
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
Job Responsibilities
1. Maintain customer relationships, expand market business, and tap potential customers;
2. Responsible for the collection, tracking and data analysis of the company's project information;
3. Responsible for the company's business bidding management, including bidding planning, bidding organization, bidding process tracking and bidding results analysis;
4. Responsible for communication and coordination with various departments within the company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Candidates with business assistant or marketing work experience are preferred;
3. Have strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and be fluent in Chinese and English;
4. Applicants with overseas work experience are preferred;
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips.
